WHEN IT'S A FIT
We work with People & Culture, HR, Internal Communications and leadership teams at mid-sized to large organisations — typically 100 to 1,000 employees.

Anyone can book a venue and arrange catering. We think about how the moment should feel, how the message lands, and what the experience is like for the people in it. That thinking is what most event agencies skip.
That’s how we approach every event we design. Not as a framework — just as a way of thinking. How does this moment need to land? What will people remember about it? What does it lead to? Some briefs need all three. Most need at least the first two.

The brief: Two companies had merged, and leadership needed to launch a single new brand and direction to the entire organisation. It had to feel like a moment — not just another internal presentation.
What we did: We transformed Boxpark Liverpool into Perkfest — a one-day internal festival combining a company conference, interactive experiences, and branded games to bring the new product ecosystem to life.
The result: 350+ employees experienced the new brand in a way that felt lived, not announced — helping unify two organisations around a shared identity and future.
