The thinking behind Stacked

Before Stacked Events, I spent several years delivering major brand activations and conferences for companies including Amazon, Riot Games, Waymo, and Kellogg’s. Large-scale, technically demanding, high-stakes events.

The work I kept thinking about longest was different. It was the internal stuff — the all-hands where a leadership team needed 300 people to trust a new direction. The away day that had to rebuild something that had quietly broken. The conference that needed to land a message, not just deliver it.

Those were the briefs where the gap between “it went fine” and “it actually worked” was most obvious. Where a missed brief had real consequences for real people.

I founded Stacked Events in 2022 to focus on exactly that kind of work.
