We’ve delivered team experiences for groups of 20 to 800 across London and the UK. The formats vary. The approach doesn’t: every event is designed to feel worth being at.
A proper day for your team to do something together. We plan the format, the venue, the activities, and the flow. Not generic icebreakers or activities borrowed from a catalogue. Something designed for your team size, your culture, and what you’re trying to get out of the day.
Taking the team out of the office for a day or longer. We handle venue sourcing, travel logistics, agenda design, and day-of management. You bring the team. We handle the rest.
End-of-year events, summer socials, and milestone celebrations. These moments matter more than most companies give them credit for. We make sure yours feels worth coming to — not like a tick in a box.
Some teams need more than a fun day out. A merger, a restructure, a long stretch of remote working — these leave a mark. We design events that create genuine connection, not just fill the afternoon.

WHEN IT'S A FIT
This page is often read by someone who has been handed a brief. The MD wants a team day. The CPO wants something that brings people together.
You’ve been asked to make it happen — and you need it to go well. We work with People & Culture leads, HR managers, and EAs with an event to plan. What they share: they need it to run smoothly, and they don’t want to manage six separate suppliers to make it happen.
You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed brief. A date, a rough team size, and a sense of what you want the day to feel like is enough. We’ll ask several questions and come back with initial thinking within 48 hours.
If you’re organising something for fewer than 20 people and are happy to handle it yourself, we’re probably not the right fit. If you need someone to take it off your plate and make sure it goes well, talk to us.
Share your date, rough team size, and what you want the day to feel like. No long briefing document needed. A few sentences is enough to get started.
Within 48 hours, we’ll send initial thinking. Not a standard brochure — specific suggestions based on your brief, your team size, and what’s worked well for similar groups.
Venue, suppliers, logistics, communications, and day-of management.
We’re the single point of contact. You won’t be chasing things or managing a spreadsheet of contacts.
On the day, we run the event. You're free to be present with your team - not behind the scenes sorting problems

The brief: With much of the team working remotely, the company wanted an end-of-year event that would bring people together in person — creating space to connect, celebrate the year’s successes, and finish the year on a high.
Our Approach: We designed a full-day experience in Birmingham that balanced purpose and celebration. The afternoon focused on charity activities and shared experiences, before transitioning into a festive evening with awards, dinner, live music and plenty of time to connect.
The result: A day that helped colleagues meet face-to-face, strengthen relationships across the company and celebrate the year together in a meaningful way.
Here’s how it felt to work together.
We partnered with Stacked Events for a company-wide internal moment that really mattered to us. From the outset, the team understood the nuance of what we were trying to achieve and brought a level of structure, judgement, and calm that made the whole process feel manageable. The event itself was exceptionally well delivered — clear, engaging, and completely aligned with our culture and values. The team still talk about it months later!

Internal moments that landed properly. Hear from the people who trusted us with them.
Tell us your date and rough team size. We’ll come back within one working day with honest thoughts on what’s possible — and whether we’re the right fit for your event.
